The store is closed over Christmas and New Year. We close at 2pm on Friday 21st December for 2 weeks. Any orders placed will be processed when the store opens on Monday 7th January.
We deliver throughout mainland UK. If you prefer you can order online and collect from our Glasgow store. Our standard UK delivery for doors is a fully trackable 48-72 hour service to your front door. Between 8 am and 8 pm (excludes weekends & bank holidays).
If you have any issues or require a delivery quote to outside mainland UK a member of our team will be happy to assist you. Which courier company will be delivering my doors?
Shawfield Doors is not liable for all deliveries made by external companies. We will not be held responsible for any refunds or compensation due to goods being held up in transit due to breakdowns, traffic problems, driver hours running out or any other reason. We never pay compensation for delivery days missed or goods being delivered late. Always check your delivery before signing for them. Refuse delivery of any damaged items. Please ensure you have made appropriate arrangements to accept delivery.
How do I track my delivery?
Collecting from the store:
You are unable to track these. Stock item orders are ready to collect, 2 hours after purchase. If any delays are expected and you have provided a mobile number with your order you will receive a call. Ordering after 2 pm for same day collect? Please call the store on 0141 613 2333 to confirm.
What do I do if I haven’t received all of my order?
- Please check your confirmation email to see if all the products were ordered.
- Remove all packaging to confirm the product isn’t hidden, pieces may be contained in a secure wedge to protect from transit damage.
- Some orders will be despatched in separate consignments and we’ll send you an email to update you if this happens as the parcels may arrive at different times (orders despatched directly from supplier).
