At Shawfield Doors we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us.
Faulty/damaged goods are replaced free of charge. For either a full refund or like for like replacement. Upon either the return of the item or necessary proof. Decided at Shawfield Doors discretion.
Goods supplied incorrect to order will be replaced by the correct goods. Subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
When returning products, please ensure where possible that before you take them back to the store, or they are collected. Items should be repackaged in a suitable way. Ideally using the original packaging it was delivered in.
In the event that you change your mind or ordered incorrectly. We will accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. For an exchange or refund. Provided the goods are received unused and in resellable condition. The buyer is responsible for the delivery and insurance costs of the returned item, and for a restock charge on third-party doors.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
