All of our special pre-order doors are available to order now.
Our Special Pre-Order Process
When you place an order with our special pre-order process, we will secure your order in the queue for your selected door from our third-party suppliers. A pre-order confirmation email will be sent to you automatically.
A member of our customer service team will then personally email you within 1-2 business days of your order confirmation with your expected dispatch date.
Due to the ever-changing circumstances surrounding COVID-19, some of our doors from suppliers may be subject to stock issues or delays. Should your order be subject to any further delay from the expected date given, one of our representatives will keep you informed and update your expected date accordingly.
Once in-stock with our supplier, your pre-order will be sent to us for quality checking. Once we are happy with the quality, you will be contacted to arrange for your delivery.

Supply & Dispatch
While we do our best to provide accurate dispatch dates, due to high demand and limited supply due to the pandemic, stock from our third-party suppliers may be subject to unexpected delays. Our stock supply is changing daily and we are keeping our customers up to date regarding any supplier delays.
In the case of delays beyond our estimate for you, we will keep you informed and offer a full refund should you not wish to wait the additional time.
